The ADC-3CB arrived with the rear axle's sprocket misaliagned with the sprocket in front on the gear hub, by 1/2 in or more. So when I rolled it out of the box, the small rear chain worked its way off. I had to move the axle, move the sprocket over, put the chain back on. Seems to have been fine since then, except for intermittent squeaking that seems to come from the front brake.
