Wonderful bike, easy to assemble, pleased with the final product.
This bike was purchased for me as a birthday gift. When it arrived (within the expected time frame, I will note), there was a huge dent in the rear fender, scuffed paint on the front fork, no handlebar grips, and a chain that did not fit. We could not fully assemble was left to assemble. I called Glenn, who had been helping me, and he assured me that he would ship replacement parts. He also said that I should have had handlebar grips and that the chain should have been assembled already. I asked repeatedly for overnight shipping, as I felt that was reasonable since the missing grips and non fitting chain were not the product of shipping damage. I was refused. If the bicycle itself was not such a quality machine, I would have gone to other options. Truly a pity, as they are the most knowledgeable and helpful bicycle staff I have found, but continuing to wait for something I have already waited this long for is just not acceptable to me. Very unfortunate given their obvious quality.

suggestion, if you are a bigger person looking for a bike, really take into consideration the logistics of your body and the bike. I was very focused on weight, and this bike does the trick, however, the seat and handle bar location are such that there isn't room for all of me.
Working with Worksman and our local bike shop, we've made a couple of modifications which I'll test out once this heat breaks

Beautiful bike, love the craftsmanship and its durability. I could have used some simple instructions on how to put the bike together, tho. We figured it out finally and I ride daily.
It won't be my only Worksman bike before long.

I found the website easy to navigate and easy to determine what I was looking for. The order was placed, and a phone call was made with suggestions because of our location on different fenders and even how to keep the bikes looking better longer. The order was delivered as promised, and the free helmets was a very plesant and welcome gift. Thank You for the great bike and completing our order well ahead of time!
