The ordering of the bike was great.
The Bike itself is great, and is exactly what we wanted.
My only issue was the delivery time after the initial order. Almost 12 weeks from original order date.
I love my tri-cycle. After suffering a sever fall broken femur/humerus this bike provides stability and the pedeal extensions aid with gate issues. I have a new exercise thanks to this bike. Thank you
Worksman Mover and over sized seat are great. Megahorn did not last for a full shift
We launched a new bicycle delivery service on February 14. It was a quick turnaround from concept and we had little time to determine the best vehicle for our needs. As I was researching delivery trikes vs longtail bikes, I was immediately sold on the Worksman trike. With a solid history of industrial trike building right here in the USA, a great style that was easy and fun to slather with our branding, and plenty of storage space for our gift deliveries I was sold. That was followed by an excellent email rapport, invitation to visit the shop during a trip to NY, recommendations for the best features to add-on for our use then a SUPER SPEEDY turnaround time to get our bike in time to brand and present to at a pre-launch party. All during the polar votex! The bike rides really well, was easy to assemble, looks great, I'm very happy with our choice, and with the service we received from Worksman.
